What is this Substack about?
Consider this an AI family project where we share how we use our UPC tools, what we learn, and what we create
For us, there’s a huge difference between using AI for business versus personal and creative interests. We do both, but this Substack is about having fun with AI.
Why?
Well, one part is business — the other part is what we genuinely enjoy doing.
And yes, you might see us covering business or marketing topics as well, but only if we are genuinely interested in exploring this with AI from a personal point of view.
Mostly expect images, videos, creative projects, and other personal interests.

What content can you expect here?
We’ll show you that you don’t need to be an AI expert to get exceptional output from AI
None of us are AI experts, but we want to show you how we all manage to use AI to produce what we have in mind, often exceeding our original expectations.
It’s super easy to get consistent high-quality output with almost no effort - but get exceptional results when you’re willing to put in a little more effort.
This is how we work:
We use our own idea or get inspiration somewhere else
We use our tools to amplify and personalize the concept
Sometimes you’'ll see us drop walls of text as original input, or as answers to the clarifying questions our UPC tools ask.
Other times, we’re all-in on the “decide for me” mode that all our tools have. 😄

From here, only keep reading if you genuinely want to know more about us beyond what we offer.
Fair warning: it’s a long read. 😄

Starting with how we look at AI
(And one you probably didn’t expect considering the name of our free tool)
1. AI makes people dumbasses when they outsource “a little” too much
We’ve noticed this with ourselves (yes, true story), and with many people we’ve followed.
When you outsource your thinking, creativity, and vision, you’re already in trouble — often without realizing it.
In our opinion (and from experience), there’s only one way to avoid this trap:
When it’s important, think and write yourself first — always.
And the same counts when you get your output from AI:
Use your own brain, use critical thinking, and go into discussion.
Never ever just think you agree without actually thinking things through for yourself.
And that’s besides that you might want to stay original/authentic in this AI era...
But that’s a another topic on its own…
2. Input equals output and you’re part of that equation
Often we see people bashing AI for not being able to produce the outcome they want.
Truth is, most of the time it’s the person instructing AI who falls short, not AI itself.
AI only follows instructions, and it’s just as good as the person driving it.
The Ultimate Prompt Creator (and our other UPC tools) is built so you don’t have to think about what information matters most to get the outcome you’re aiming for.
But we can imagine the clarifying questions can feel overwhelming sometimes... 😅
I’m not saying you should always answer all of them - neither do we all the time - but if you want to get the best possible result - that’s the way to go.
The same goes for iterating. You can perfect it as much as you want. All UPC tools are built in a way that lets you generate improved prompts within seconds.
But you still need to do the work. Or accept — which is perfectly fine too — that you might not be getting everything out of AI that’s actually possible.
3. Prompt engineering is not the point (and it never was)
We get tired when we see the endless “prompt engineering is dead” discussions.
Why?
Because it never, ever has been about prompts.
And yes, we’re aware this sounds funny with a tool called “Ultimate Prompt Creator”.
But what it’s really about are the instructions you give AI to get the result you want.
That foundation will not disappear just because the tools change.
Whether you’re instructing an LLM, vibe coding software, an AI agent, skills, or whatever comes next — clear goals, direction, what to include, what to avoid, context, and background info will always be the things that make the difference.

Btw, we’re also allergic to AI guru marketing
Because most of it is crap, and only a few offer real value...
We love getting inspiration from others, and yes, this can be paid courses or programs as well. Perfect if someone offers a shortcut that helps you reach your goal better/faster.
That said, we like to share a few things about this from experience…
Starting with people telling you need to learn AI prompt engineering…
Well, if you’re a free UPC user - and realize we’ve already been using this tool for years - you’ll understand what we’re thinking when reading things like this.
But some even say you need this skill not to be left behind.. Disqualified. Instantly.
A few other insights we’d like to share from our experience
For a decade we closely followed affiliate marketing, online marketing, copywriting, SEO, lifetime deals, you name it - let’s say we know a few things about these worlds.
And one of the disadvantages in this AI era: anyone can pretend to be an expert…
Truth is most aren’t - but sometimes it can be hard to find out whether something is real value or just crap sold as expertise, backed up by reputation.
Just know this is the new golden era for marketers, salespeople, and spokespersons, so make sure you always do extensive research before you click a buy button.
Most of the time, you are their product - the only reason they make money - not the thing they developed of which they try to let you believe is a moneymaker…
Realizing and acting on that will already save you a lot of wasted time and money…
And if someone says you need their course or product to not be left behind?
Run. Like immediately. Don’t even give it a second thought.
Believe us: just wait a few weeks or months, and there will be another “you can’t afford to miss this new development” thing. 😉

Who’s behind this project?
It’s a rare mix to say the least…
It’s mainly Paul (father) and Christian (son) running this Substack. The others — Yrea (mother), Oana (daughter), and Orlando (son) — jump in when they feel like it. 😄
Paul
Paul is the developer of the UPC tools, but it’s actually just a small part of what he does. Most of what he develops he uses for his business-related done-for-you services.
For him, this is a fun project where he doesn’t think business — his goal is to have fun, create, share, connect, and get inspiration.
Compared to his family (and in general) he has no talent for creative projects.
Nevertheless, when AI images and videos started making huge breakthroughs, he got enthusiastic too. In fact, he’s already working on an entire AI video workflow.
But if you want to learn more about the creative side of AI — better look at the others. His talents lie elsewhere. He couldn’t care less though — he loves his new hobby.
Christian
Christian loves working with his father on business projects, but his true passion is still exploring the creative side of AI — especially images and videos.
Not building tools, though... He is way more enthusiastic about showing his thought processes when using the UPC tools. And that’s something he does pretty well.
You’ll immediately notice his creativity, enthusiasm, and unique voice. And yes, his posts are long — but once you’ve read one, chances are, you’ll check the others too.
He often doesn’t realize his talent, but follow this Substack and you’ll undeniably see his growth — and benefit from the fact he is willing to share everything in detail.
Oh, and the fact he doesn’t like building tools doesn’t mean he can’t. The proof? He managed to make himself and his brother addicted to an interactive tool he built. 🤦♂️
Yrea
Watch out for Yrea when it comes to creative stuff. She always plays the underdog role. She likes to learn things and isn’t too shy to ask for help.
Then, when she gets the hang of it, she suddenly outperforms you and makes you look like a beginner — yes, even when you’ve been doing something for years.
She doesn’t do this on purpose, and she doesn’t mean it in a bad way at all. She’s just interested in many things, and has a talent for learning and applying things quickly.
You’d think she develops her own creative tools. But no, she doesn’t. She rather asks her husband and patiently waits — with 1000 reminders — until he delivers.
Her passion? Writing her own books. She has been doing this for years and has written 30 books and counting, only using AI as a brainstorm partner.
Not children’s books. Let’s just say her books are a little more spicy. 😅
Oana
Oana... well let’s just say she has emotions. Like a lot of them.
She also has a habit of embracing all these emotions, and when she learns something, makes it a mission to share her lessons with others.
But interestingly enough, just as you often see with talented songwriters and musicians, that is the recipe for creating emotional stuff most people simply can’t.
So, if you have a connection with these topics, expect to be impressed. Often with songs, but also poems, images — and we’re curious what she’ll create with videos.
She’s also enthusiastic about building a psychology tool with her father that makes it possible to decode any person or situation — on a deep level... To be continued.
Orlando
Orlando is considered by many to have a talent for wasting his talents. And that’s a compliment, because he has so many.
It’s just that he only does the things he likes to do, when he likes to do them, how he likes to do them — and couldn’t care less what others think about that.
In the meantime, he just tries different things. And just talking AI, we’ve already seen some things that blew our minds.
AI images? Holy shit. And if that’s not enough, he builds prompts that function as entire systems on their own — for gaming, survival, music, and much more.
In this project, we don’t even know what he’ll share. Images are the only constant factor we’ve discovered so far. 😅
